Synara educational exploded brain atlas Derived locally from the existing nih-detailed-human-brain.glb, retained unchanged. Acquired by the repository from NIH 3D entry 3DPX-021161, version 1.01: https://3d.nih.gov/entries/3DPX-021161?version=1.01 NIH entry uploader: Johnson J. The actual GLB embeds the following upstream creator and license metadata: Title: Brain Author: dgallichan (https://sketchfab.com/dgallichan) Source: https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/brain-cadd2bde67404c43b2359a6a3281d84a License: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ These upstream credits apply to this derivative in addition to the NIH entry. Changes by Synara (2026): orientation normalization, vertex clustering (2.5 source-coordinate units), removal of degenerate/duplicate triangles, approximate spatial surface partitions, independent mesh names and display colors. 11 meshes represent bilateral frontal, parietal, temporal, occipital and cerebellar surface regions plus a midline brainstem region. Boundaries are illustrative; this is not an atlas registration, validated segmentation or patient reconstruction. Exposed surfaces are open surface partitions, not reconstructed internal anatomy. Only the three major connected surfaces are used; minor midline fragments and small disconnected source artefacts are omitted. No amygdala, hippocampus or deep-nucleus mesh has been invented. Rebuild offline: node scripts/assets/build-brain-atlas.mjs Original SHA256 is embedded in brain-atlas.glb asset.extras.sourceSHA256. brain-atlas-static.webp: rendered still of this derivative; same attribution/license. Colors distinguish anatomical regions, not measured qEEG activity or patient data. No endorsement by NIH or the upstream model creator is implied.
